I did a crowd review for my song "Fortune & Fame" and it blew the hell out of me. Most people said they didn't like my voice. Like WTF!!! I was born with this voice. I can't change it! This is a part of who I am. It is very upsetting considering that I grew up dealing with this bullshit about my voice not being deep enough.
Then most people missed the point of the song. I thought making a simple intro would help with that, but people are still clueless to what i'm talking about. I feel like i'm speaking another language in my music & when I talk to people. Why can't anyone understand me?
Then people said I sound like Eminem. WTF!!! I can count on 1 hand how many of his songs I have heard. How can I sound like someone whose music i'm not that familiar with & from what I have heard I sound nothing like him. One person called me a copy of Em. I have my own style. I don't copy anyone.
I was also called dated & people said my music would fit the 90s. I'm tired of all the hateful assholes on this planet. Fucking bastards. Hope you die a slow, painful death.
