You need to change how you think to solve your problems
I feel like a lot of conversations are pointless to bring up, because in most situations the 1st step is to change your way of thinking. Before you can fight or do anything you have to change how you think, but generally the person is just upset and refuses to change how they think, so what is the point in bringing it up if it is literally impossible to change the situation until you change how you think. Even if the situation isn't your fault there is something about the way you think that you will need to change. Otherwise the situation wouldn't exist to begin with.
