The hardest part of being a creative is self-doubt. It is something that creeps up on you every single day, beating you down into the ground. Especially with all of the people around you, telling you that you aren't good enough or won't make it. People don't realize how much their encouragement and positive reinforcement really means and they keep quiet. Some people believe that negative reinforcement makes you stronger. So you find yourself constantly getting beat up all day every day by people who tell you that you aren't good enough and rarely ever have that person that says you can do it. All you can do is keep telling yourself over and over that you can do it and choose to never give up no matter what.
